Himalayan Crystal Salt Solé (so-lay)

Wednesday, June 17th, 2009

urparamount-sole1Salt is as essential as water. We could not survive without water or salt. All the properties of salt that relate to our body are closely connected to water, because the crucial properties of salt, biochemically as well as biophysically, only exist in combination with water, and remember, we are mostly water – 70%!

This is very special salt.  This pink is hand-mined 5,000 feet under the earth from deposits of salt that are 250 million years old. The salt was crystallized over the millennia due to the immense pressure.  This crystallization captured the energy needed to dehydrate the primordial sea and it is this measurable energy that is released from the salt when it is dissolved in water.  The same way we know there is energy inherent in Quartz crystals, there is energy in this pressurized crystal salt.  This energy frequency matches the frequency in our healthy body, so it helps to “re-tune” and energize if the frequency is deficient.

The mixture of water and crystal salt, called “Solé” (so-lay) is the most flexible physical representation of pure solar and light energy. The word solé, is derived from the Latin word “sol”, which means sun. Solé is nothing but the fluid materialization of sunlight. Solé means fluid sunlight or fluid light energy. In water, the salt crystals release 84 minerals which are in almost the exact ratio  as the 84 minerals in our bodies since we supposedly came from this ancient primordial sea.  The minerals are also in their ionized form, which is the form our bodies recognize and can use, much as the ionized minerals in foods and .  In addition, this salt is qualitatively different than other sea salt, even pink sea salt, which is gathered at or near the earth’s surface and is not “crystalline” in structure. While these salts do have extraordinary mineral content, it does not always match our bodies’ profile, nor are these minerals in ionized form which means they are too coarse for absorption.

To use, you put the “rocks”  in a small glass jar or cup  and cover it with good quality water* (see note at end). If the rock does not totally dissolve, then you have the 26% solé solution, meaning the water cannot hold any more salt.  This solé is anti-bacterial, so you do not need to keep it in the refrigerator, and it will not go bad.  Use one teaspoon (not a metal spoon – use wood, porcelain or glass) first thing in the morning followed by at least 16 ounces of water to jump-start your day and “tune” your frequency.  This solé, salt water brine, is unquestionably the energy matrix in which life begins, develops and subsists. Remember, our tears, blood and lymph are all salty!

As you use up the water, simply re-fill your jar and the rock will give up more of its salt to the solution.  Replace the rock when all that’s left are pinkish specs, which are minerals that are too coarse to be of use.  BEWARE there are many brands of “pink salt” being sold as , but not all are – some are just “pink” salt from other places, some are actually “rock salt” from near the surface or from inferior mines. The salt we sell is certified to be the exact salt that has been extensively researched and documented to contain these life giving properties.

The human body needs only as little as .2g of salt per day. Rather, we tend to use too much salt than too little. As opposed to refined table salt, you can use more freely because of its holistic properties which make it easy for the body to assimilate. With the recommended one teaspoon of solé every morning, you are not only receiving the biophysical aspect of the salt, which is the frequency pattern of the crystal salt, but also the biochemical aspect of the salt, containing sufficient minerals and trace elements. The body will hold the frequency pattern of the crystal salt solé for 24 hours. Therefore, we only take the solé once per day on an empty stomach. Plus, the solé can neutralize your body’s acid alkaline balance, normalize blood pressure and dissolve toxins. Patients on Dialysis, or with high blood pressure, should generally use very little salt and follow the advice of their doctor.

People actually go down into these mines for the benefits of absorbing the unique energy, and ailments are cured.  Different grinds of salt are available:  rock crystals, pebbles or fine table salt, as well as bath crystals and salt inhalers for lung issues. For more information please call me, Tina Rappaport 304-655-0003 as this portion of the website is still under construction.

*The best water to use for Solé is high pH (from a ), next best would be filtered tap water, then good quality bottled water such as Fiji, Zephyrhills, Whole Foods 365, Deer Park or supermarket “Spring” water.  Do NOT use Dannon Spring water, Poland Springs, Smart Water, Vitamin Water, Dasani or Aquafina – these are acidic waters and detrimental to your health.  Click here to get your free comprehensive and convenient Bottled Water pH Pocket Chart.

pro-wave_101_lrsmportable-rife-machine-smOne last comment. It has been found to help the electrical frequencies open up when using a Rife machine, as the frequency generator, also known as a Rife machine, matches the frequencies of diseased cells and pathogens to cause them to implode. As we know we are an electrical body, running on water and salt, so it is good to use some salt (, of course) before a Rife treatment, and, certainly to drink lots of water before and after this detoxifying treatment. Do you like the “Seeds” on Everything Bagels?

Wednesday, June 17th, 2009

Well, I certainly do, but I don’t want to eat bagels!! So, I mixed up my own Everything Mix, and here it is! It’s good sprinkled on bread, veggies, my Kermit Sandwiches, and even ground up in “Tina’s Better Butters”! Watch for the upcoming blog on my “butter” recipes that aren’t butter!

Simply mix together and put in a shaker/pourer bottle from some old spices. I’ve given quantities by “parts” so you can make as much or as little as you want, and alter to your taste.

BEST IF ALL ORGANIC, OF COURSE:
1 Tbs. Caraway Seeds
2 Tbs.  Poppy Seeds
2 Tbs. Sesame Seeds
1 Tbs. Garlic Powder
1 Tbs. Onion Powder
2 tsp.
1 tsp. Kelp, powdered

Kermit Sandwiches anyone?

Wednesday, June 17th, 2009

Tina's Kermit SandwichesIn speaking with some of you, I’ve mentioned these Kermit Sandwiches, as they are, by far, my favorite  food! They are simple and healthy

Sprouted Hemp Bread (French Meadow Bakery)
Ripe Avocado
Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Olive Oil or Hemp Oil
Scallions, Onions, Red Onions or RAW Garlic!
Ripe Tomatoes
Tina’s Everything Mix (see next post) or Fresh Cilantro, if available
Sprouts (Alfalfa, Clover, Broccoli, Onion, etc)
OR Romaine Lettuce Leaves
(see below)

I start by toasting the bread to add some nice crunch, drizzle on oil (we need a couple of tablespoons a day, so here’s a good way to get some), scoop out the avocado and mash onto the bread and sprinkle on the salt. If you’re using “Everything Mix” or chopped Cilantro add it now, spread minced onions or garlic, top with thick slices of tomatoes, sprinkle with more salt. Last, add either the sprouts or romaine lettuce leaves (or both!) as the top of the “sandwich”. Don’t be fooled by substitutes – the toasted Hemp Bread MAKES this sanswich!! And, I don’t like pepper, but sprinkle it on if you do! These Kermit Sandwiches (named because they’re so green) go great with cut-up cucumbers, celery, snap peas and carrots, all sprinkled with and a glass of Yerba Mate tea with vanilla and stevia!

URparamount's Himalayan Crystal Salt from 5,000 feet under the surface of the earth is quite different than surface sea salts or other mined salts. Very briefly, it is a true crystal and possesses the same frequency as our body. PLUS, it contains the same 84 minerals that we have in almost the exact proportions we need/have.  PLUS it’s in the ionic state so our body can utilize these minerals.  It is believed that the is THE primordial sea that we came out of, hence the nearly perfect mineral match! This salt is the dehydrated sea, possessing the sun’s power in its crystals. Table salt, like all processed foods, is an aberration from the natural salts and is to be avoided.

We need salt to function – remember, our tears, blood and lymph is salty!! We need salt to make hydrochloric acid in our stomachs for digestion! It seems we optimally need about 1/4 teaspoon per quart of water per day. We are an electrical being, running on salt and water. Do some homework on all this, and for a good read, get Salt: A World History, by Mark Kurlansky (order it from my left sidebar link to Amazon). Fascinating how the world’s history, from earliest times, can be linked to the pursuit of salt!

Although it’s not on my site yet, I do sell at $6.50 per pound for either the fine table grind, the pebbles for grinding or the rocks for making Sole (pronounced Soul-Ay) to give you an electrical energy boost. Read about Sole here! I sell the bulk salt in baggies, rather than fancy packages or jars. Email me if you’re interested.

Swine Flu Epidemic – Not Me! Protect Yourself!

Monday, April 27th, 2009

The Swine Flu is being reported in worldwide media and everyone is worried. Of course it will get worse before it gets better, and, some say the Swine Flu Epidemic will get very, very much worse.

Am I worried about Swine Flu? Am I worried about any flu? No, I’m not even worried about a cold!

You might wonder why, and I’m going to give you a brief rundown of my “health” regimen. In 1997 (the last time I was sick) I had bronchitis for 3 months. I willingly took every drug the doctors threw at me to try and shake it, but it took 3 months. I swore I’d never get sick again, and I haven’t.

Over the past 12 years I’ve refined my diet to be at least 50% raw (nuts, seeds, lots of veggies, small amount of fruits, sprouted & dehydrated foods). The other 50% consists of lightly steamed veggies, whole grains and the occasional homemade pizza (shh!) and even ice cream once in a while! Oh yeah, and I do drink red wine a couple times a month. That’s the basic diet.

However, there are some other healthy things I ingest daily. First what I don’t ingest is soda, juices, carbonated or bottled waters, processed foods, meats and dairy. These things are acidic, and I’ve studied and learned that acidity allows germs – viruses, bacteria, fungus – to take hold and multiply inside you. They thrive on acidity, and create additional acidity from their waste products! Read My Story, particularly the part about my swollen knee for proof there is not only fungus amongus, but fungus IN us!

This theory of disease, that germs are already in us, but it is the health of your internal system that allows them to take hold, or not, was also supported by Louis Pasteur, the notable 19th century French chemist and microbiologist best known for his remarkable breakthroughs in the causes and prevention of disease. He recanted his famous germ theory of disease (microbes invade us and make us sick, therefore you need pharmaceuticals) on his deathbed. His popular germ theory was officially accepted and became the basis of Western medicine in the late 19th century, and the rest is history. His rival at the time, Dr. Antoine Bechamp, a genius in the field of science, was less well connected to the wealthy and those in politics, so HIS theory is what Pastuer, on his deathbed, admitted was correct, stating, “The microbe is nothing. The terrain is everything.”

It therefore stands to reason that the swine flu virus (or other pathogen) does not CAUSE disease, but rather seeks out an environment where it can thrive best, and that is in oxygen-deprived, acidic bodies. Disease cannot thrive in a well-oxygenated, alkaline environment. Therefore, the best defense against microbes, germs, harmful bacteria and viruses, such as the swine flu virus, is to keep the body alkaline and oxygenated. This enables the body to cure itself of virtually all diseases ranging from influenza to cancer, AIDS, heart disease, asthma, diabetes, arthritis and more.

The philosophy of the alkaline diet (briefly) is that the body must maintain a pH balance of 7.365 in the blood and other cells. In the same way that it has to maintain your body temperature within a certain range – your body will also do whatever it takes to maintain that pH balance. To neutralize acids consumed, our body buffers with alkaline reserves. However, with the modern Western diet this buffer is always very quickly exhausted, and the body has to draw alkaline minerals (magnesium, potassium, sodium and calcium – principally) from wherever it can to keep our blood pH at 7.365. As stated earlier, when we consume too much acid and exhaust our alkaline buffers, our body is constantly being overloaded with acid build-up. Because the blood pH is so sensitive, a slight drop in the blood level, like to 7.2, gives a person the “condition” called Acidosis. Read more in “Your Body & pH articles…

Back to my lifestyle, in addition to being mostly vegan (a bit of cheese & fish a couple times a month), I believe in chlorophyll, good salt, good oils, and most importantly of all, good water.

I’ll address these each briefly:

  • CHLOROPHYLL: Veggies of course, predominately dark colored, and lots of broccoli. I also take Chlorella & Spirulina every day and you can read more about it here and in the articles on my site. Chlorophyll oxegenates your blood, plus these foods are alkalizing, and disease cannot live in an oxygenated, alkaline environment. Nobel Prize Winner Dr. Otto Warburg, in the 1930s(!), led us to the knowledge that cancer lives in a low oxygen environment like most bacteria. Every time Dr. Warburg lowered the oxygen level by 35% in a healthy cell, it became cancerous. Cancer needs a low oxygen environment to survive, as do other pathogens. Basically 99% of the time, a terminal cancer victims body is a thousand time more acidic than normal. This environment causes a low or no oxygen environment in which cancer and disease thrives.
  • Good SALT: Our body runs on water and salt, necessary for our electrical pathways. NOT ordinary table salt which is processed and the cause of all the “low-salt” diet hype, but good salt. I use only freely on all my food, and as a “Sole” as well. Although this is not up on my site yet, I sell this salt for $6.50/lb in fine granulated, small pebbles for grinding and larger rocks for making Sole. Do your research, then write me if you’re interested. Look up benefits, and, Salt Sole. You’ll find this salt’s mineral content almost exactly matches ours, as does the vibrational frequency of the salt. Other sea salts cannot match this Crystal Salt from 5,000 feet under the surface of the earth.
  • Good OILS: We need good oils for good functioning of all our body’s systems. Not the cheap stuff folks, sorry. Good oils like unrefined cold-pressed coconut oil, extra virgin cold-pressed olive oil, flax seed oil, hemp seed oil, fish oils and lots of fresh raw avocados!
  • Good WATER: By far, without a doubt, the most important part of a healthy diet plan! I won’t go on about the benefits of high-alkaline because you can read all about on my site and in lots of articles, but, since we are mostly water, it is essential to drink lots and good quality. Certainly the water from a , in my opinion, is the best and has done wonders for me.

All these components, together, keep me healthy. I haven’t been sick at all in 12 years. I believe my body is alkaline and running well so that it WILL NOT support the virus causing Swine Flu, any flu or cold virus. And maybe I’ll live to 120!

It takes work, and a bit of money, but these components can be yours, and you can be on the road to being healthy, staying healthy and avoiding Swine Flu!

Rocky X3

LAST JUNE, 2008:
Rocky BabyOh what a cute German shepherd puppy he was! So full of spunk, so affectionate, so smart. He was growing by leaps and bounds, and within two minutes, I couldn’t even hold him anymore! Then suddenly, without warning, he just stopped eating. At first we didn’t think too much of it, but then he didn’t eat the next morning either. And, he wasn’t drinking any water. Not even the . He was lethargic, but yet seemed alert. He was hiding under the porch.

Rocky Trying to HideJustin and I didn’t have much experience with sick dogs so I anxiously took him to the vet, almost an hour away from our rural farm. She thought it might be worms, and gave me some worm medication. I gave Rocky 2 of the 3 de-worm dosages, and then he disappeared. Here on our farm there are no fences, and Rocky’s a mostly outdoors dog. We figured he ran away to die and we were heartbroken to think of losing Rocky, who was only 9 months old at this point. We went out looking for him in the four-wheeler, calling him, telling him I had “yummies” for him, to no avail.

The next morning, like a miracle, he appeared outside our door, happy to see us, but obviously still very sick. We quickly leashed him (which he hates) and kept him close to us at all times, which meant having to “walk” him to “do his business”. That’s when I saw bloody, stinky, very, very watery diarrhea. I researched everything I could on the internet for hours.

Back at the vet he was tested for everything, x-rayed and they gave him one liter of intravenous fluid, antibiotic, meds for gas (his intestines were distended – this is all that showed up on the x-ray). The vet thought it might be something viral as the ONLY thing of any big significance in all the tests was a low white blood cell count. The vet gave me the number for an all night clinic an hour and a half from our house, where they could hook him up to IVs and monitor him, albeit in a cage, and I wouldn’t be able to stay there! I certainly didn’t want this option! But she was openly puzzled and sympathetic.

Rocky seemed a bit better the next morning, drinking small amounts of our special on his own. We thought he had turned the corner. Then he vomited again and we were back where we started from.

Rocky on Needak Rebounder Madly doing research, his symptoms seemed indicative of Parvo, but his tests were negative! Parvo most times is a death sentence, so we were quite scared. I continued with as much and as he would allow, mixed with a great product called “Ease the Quease” which is an herbal anti-nausea formulation of ginger root, anise seed, spearmint, ginger & peppermint oil. I used a small pointy squeeze bottle to give him this mixture, milliliter by milliliter as marked on the bottle, holding his mouth closed till he’d swallow. I sat with his head in my lap for hours, singing a chanting sort of song, in a slow easy voice, and it seemed to soothe him. Online I had been talking with a holistic vet, who happened to be passing by our town. She stopped in and gave Rocky another IV of liquids and taught Justin how to inject him for the next time.

In desperation I tried singing and clog-tap dancing for him, and you could tell he was amused, but I couldn’t coax him off the rebounder (the mini-trampoline) that’s been “his spot” since he was a tiny baby.

Rocky with rife machine treatment He was losing weight dramatically. He went from about 90 to 68. That’s when we realized we could use the Rife Machine on him! The Rife Machine was invented in the 1930s by Dr. Royal Raymond Rife. Using the fact that diseased cells have a different frequency than healthy cells, he correlated the machine with many disease frequencies, and much the same way an opera singer can shatter a glass, this machine can shatter the diseased cell walls. It can also restore healthy frequency pathways.

Rocky close to deathI shaved Rocky’s forearms and held the stainless steel cylinders against his skin, while the vibrations of many different frequencies coursed through his system. He must’ve known this was helping him, because he lay with me, while I sang and held the cylinders on him, for hours on end.

The next morning, he drank water on his own! He walked around a bit! He had turned a corner for sure! I boiled chicken and brown rice in , strained the liquid and although he didn’t want to eat, I squirted it through the little bottle, and he kept it down!! His recovery continued from that point forward, and both the vet and the holistic vet agreed I saved his life with my singing, water, salt and the Rife treatments. The entire episode was about a week and a half of playing Florence Nightingale to a puppy! He went from a low of 68 lbs at the vet’s office back up to 90 lbs in a matter of a few weeks. Now he’s well over 100, and our breeder says he’s the biggest shepherd he’s ever bred! That’s our baby!

Rocky All BetterNow, I’m happy to say Rocky (I call him “my little poodle”) is fully recovered and a thriving 17 month old puppy, good as gold, and smart as can be! Here’s a photo of my TWO honey’s, Rocky and Justin.
UPDATE: Sept. 6, 2009. Rocky will be two in a few weeks, and he’s delicious! We are sad to say we are looking for a new home, as our circumstances have changed and we can’t give him the attention and care he needs. Go to this page, Rocky the Gentle Giant German Shepherd to read about him, see photos, and please help us find a new, ideal home for him!
